Cross Stitch Thread Conversion Packs

Colour and Cotton thread conversion packs make it easy to purchase our suggested hand dyed thread palette for a specific cross stitch chart. Each conversion brings together the Colour and Cotton colors selected as alternatives to the original charted threads.

Choose the conversion created for your pattern, and the website will add all included thread colors to your order together—without requiring you to locate each shade individually. Each color is fulfilled as its standard individually labeled skein rather than as a separately packaged set.

The cross stitch chart is not included unless specifically stated in the product listing. Thread conversions are intended as helpful alternatives and may vary from the original colors because of hand dyed variation, dye lots, fabric choice, and personal preference.
