If you are interested in a custom conversion to Colour and Cotton threads for a particular chart, please use the form below to submit your request. If you are interested in more than one chart, you will need to complete the form for each chart separately.

Once we process your request, we will reach out via email with our suggested conversion and you will have the opportunity to provide feedback. Once you are happy with the conversion we can send you and invoice and ship! Your conversion will ship with a printed key so you'll know exactly how to substitute your colors.

Due to the high number of requests, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for us to respond. We take our time with choosing options for you for this best possible end project - this includes comparing where colors are in the chart, taking your fabric choice into account, and more - a medium to large project can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes to convert, easily! At this time we can only provide conversions for DMC, Classic Colorworks, The Gentle Art, NPI and Weeks Dye Works.

GUIDELINES

We can only "match" the original pattern colors - we cannot create an entirely new color palette
We can only convert the thread brands listed above. We cannot convert patterns using speciality threads or other overdyed threads not listed above because we are not able to match them in person.
Some patterns may not be suitable candidates for conversion (i.e. a lot of use of DMC shading of very close colors in the original pattern)

There is no extra fee for this conversion service but we do ask that you purchase the full conversion. We will invoice you for the conversion set of threads once finalized - by submitting this request, you are agreeing to purchase the full conversion and all required skeins of thread.
