Store Rewards
NEW! Our Colour and Cotton Store Rewards are now fully integrated with online system, which means that all customers now earn 3% "cash back" rewards credit each time they place a regular online order or shop in store. It's our small way of saying thank you to our loyal and repeat customers!
Rewards Program Terms
- Valid on regular online store orders and point-of-sale transactions placed from December 18, 2025 onward. Retroactive credit will not be applied. Recurring subscription payments and manual special orders are not included in earned store rewards.
- 3% earnings credits are calculated based upon the subtotal value of each order (products only) and taxes, shipping and additional fees are excluded.
- Earned credits will be automatically applied to your store account three (3) days after qualifying purchase.
- Rewards credits are non-transferrable and must be used within 180 days of issuance.
- Credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash or gift cards.
- Store rewards balance will automatically display as a payment option when purchasing online or in store. Store rewards can only be applied to regular online and in-store orders, and cannot be used toward pre-orders or subscription clubs.
