Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible!

Ready-to-Ship Items

Most in-stock items are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are not in stock and will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on the individual product page. Please refer to the product description for the current expected shipping date.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise noted. If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship within our stated processing times, occasional delays due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
