Schedule: Approximately 32 to 40 hours per week
Must be available to work in person during normal business hours between Monday through Friday, on site at our studio location in 63011, MO
Role Purpose: As a Fulfillment and Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in our production team by preparing and shipping customer orders while helping create our signature hand-dyed fabrics and threads. This position combines craftsmanship, attention to detail, and organization to ensure every product meets our quality standards and every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and ship orders
- Provide customer service support via email and phone
- Enter and maintain accurate purchase orders in the inventory management system
- Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting items for accuracy and quality
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with the retail and fulfillment teams to ensure new inventory is available for customer sales and online orders
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up on delayed or backordered items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving and inventory storage area.
- Receive and organize thousands of SKUs including fabrics, threads, patterns, kits, and needlework supplies
- Create and print barcode labels for new inventory as needed
- Assist with introducing new products into the inventory system, including product details, pricing, and merchandising
- Ensure inventory accuracy to support both in-store sales and Shopify order fulfillment
- As part of our production team, prepare base materials for dyeing, dye fabric and threads according to company techniques and specifications, and complete post-dyeing processing and packaging
- Provide production pipeline support including kit production, product assembly, backstock management, inventory, and other projects as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
- Works independently with minimal supervision; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Perform tasks with accuracy and precision, ensuring that high quality standards of products are consistently met
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a desire to work as part of a team toward common goals
- Agile and flexible to strategize and ensure priorities are always in order – our product production cycles are fast-paced and flexible based on changing needs
- Strong mathematical skills and comfort with measuring various dimensions and weights accurately and dependably
- Ability to operate small manufacturing machinery following all proper safety precautions, including but not limited to: commercial thread/spool winder, commercial rotary iron, warehouse step ladder
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed including mask, gloves, or cut-resistant gloves
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 suite of products
- Experience with Shopify, a plus
- Experience with ShipStation, a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to both sit and stand for long periods of time, often for the majority of the work day
- Able to perform repetitive physical tasks, such as bending, handling small materials, reaching above shoulder, reaching outward
- Regularly lift and move lightweight objects up to 10 pounds; sometimes lift and move objects up to 25 pounds; occasionally push/pull items up to 50 pounds
