An aged linen with some grungy, textured mottling.

Each piece of hand dyed fabric is unique. The exact color and mottling pattern varies from piece to piece across dye lots and fabric types. Due to the variation in fiber content of each base fabric, color differences between linen, aida and evenweave will occur. Evenweave and aida fabrics will dye lighter or may shift in slightly in color, especially on dark and rich colors.

Every effort is made to accurately represent the actual color of the fabric, but different monitors and devices may affect the color you see on your screen. You are always welcome to email us at help@colourandcotton.com if you would like more details about this color.

Fabric Sizes

Our fabrics are cut to size before dyeing. Shrinkage occurs during the dyeing process and although the final size may be smaller in inches, the total thread count per cut of fabric remains the same as the original dimensions. Custom sized cuts are not currently available online.
  • 1/8 Yard is approximately 13 x 17 inches
  • 1/4 Yard is approximately 17 x 26 inches
  • 1/2 Yard is approximately 26 x 36 inches 
  • Full Yard is approximately 36 x 54 inches

Dyed with care exclusively on Zweigart base fabrics unless otherwise noted. Your fabric will arrive neatly ironed with all edges serged.
